Mr. Bo Wu is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Manifold Health Tech, Inc. Before founding the Manifold Health Tech, Inc. Mr. Wu was the director of Medical Informatics Department in ITRI, a semi-government founded research organization in Taiwan. He joined ITRI in 2010 with more than 10 years of IT consulting experience in E-Marketing and Electronic Medical Record in New York.

Mr. Wu has helped ITRI to develop several technologies for digital health related services and implemented those services in different facilities and communities. The technologies cover telehealthcare, telemedicine, smart hospital, ambient living, and active ageing. He was the Deputy Director of Telehealthcare Project Management Office for Department of Health in Taiwan and conducted several international collaborations with key figures in digital health field globally including Stanford University, National University of Singapore, IBM and Fraunhofer. In 2015, Mr. Wu was a visiting scholar at Stanford Preventive Research Center.

He graduated from College of Medicine, National Taiwan University and earned his Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from New York University.

Simon is the Co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of Manifold Health Tech Inc. Prior to founding the Manifold Health Tech, Inc., Simon was the individual investor in startups in the United States at the early stages and had achieved impressive return through the acquisition as the exit. Before shifting the career path to the investment field, Simon had been working at the marketing and sales positions in the high tech industries for 16 years, including Senior Sales Manager at Super Micro Computer, Inc., a Silicon Valley-based server system company, Director of Business Development at Global Opticom, Inc., a Silicon Valley-based fiber optics startup, and Product Marketing Manager at IBM Taiwan.

Mr. Huang earned his MBA degree at Thunderbird School of Global Management in Glendale, AZ, and the Bachelor of Science degree of Political Science at the National Taiwan University. He also passed the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Exams completely in 2006.

Simon also serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Polaris Foundation, a nonprofit private-foundation focused on efforts to mitigate the inequality caused by globalization and digital divide.

Dr. Monquen Huang is a board-certified neurologist in the Greater Los Angeles area and has interest in the intersection of clinical medicine and information technology. Before he transitioned to the medical field, he had worked at Oracle and Qualcomm.

He completed his Medical Doctor degree at University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI and neurology residency at Harbor-UCLA in Torrance, CA. He also had Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from California Institute of Technology in Pasadena, CA and Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University in Ithaca, NY.
